Yamaha CLP-875 Clavinova Digital Piano with GrandTouch Keyboard and Three-Way Speakers
The Yamaha Clavinova CLP-875 is the CLP-800 Series console piano that introduces the full GrandTouch keyboard, with wooden white keys and 88-key Linear Graded Hammers. Its three-way speaker system with Bidirectional Horns and the GP Response Damper pedal bring touch, pedalling and sound closer to a grand piano.
It is aimed at serious students, experienced pianists and teachers who want grand-style keys, pedals and sound projection in a console cabinet. Despite its depth of piano realism, it keeps the practical extras of the series, from rhythms and recording to Bluetooth and Smart Pianist.
Key Features

GrandTouch keyboard on the CLP-875
The CLP-875 steps up from GrandTouch-S to Yamaha's GrandTouch keyboard, with wooden white keys, escapement and synthetic ebony and ivory keytops. 88-key Linear Graded Hammers give each key its own weight and return, so the touch changes smoothly from bass to treble.

Three-way speakers with Bidirectional Horns
Each side combines a 16 cm speaker, an 8 cm speaker with diffuser and a 2.5 cm dome tweeter with Bidirectional Horn, powered by (45 W + 25 W + 40 W) × 2. The design spreads sound around the room for a fuller, more spacious grand-piano presence than the two-way CLP-845.

GrandTouch pedals with GP Response Damper
On the CLP-875 the damper pedal starts light and grows heavier as it begins to lift the dampers, just as on a grand. This physical cue makes half-pedalling easier to learn, and the sostenuto and soft pedals share the grand-style GrandTouch geometry.
Yamaha CFX and Bösendorfer Imperial
Two celebrated concert grands, the Yamaha CFX and the Bösendorfer Imperial, provide the core piano Voices, with 256-note polyphony behind them. Fortepiano, electric piano and organ Voices round out a 38-Voice line-up.

Grand Expression Modeling and VRM
Grand Expression Modeling tracks the depth, speed and strength of every keystroke to shape tone like an acoustic grand. Virtual Resonance Modeling simulates string, damper, duplex scaling and body resonance in real time, so pedalling and dynamics sound natural.

Binaural sound for headphone practice
The CFX and Bösendorfer are binaurally sampled for a natural, spacious sound on headphones, and the Stereophonic Optimizer treats the other piano Voices similarly. Two headphone jacks and a Volume Limiter make late-night or shared practice comfortable.

Rhythms, lessons and recording
Practise with 303 lesson pieces and 50 classics, play along with 20 rhythms, or use Dual, Split and Duo modes. A 16-track MIDI recorder and WAV audio recording to USB flash drive let you review and share your playing.

Bluetooth, USB audio and Smart Pianist
Stream audio from a smart device through the three-way speakers, or connect to the Smart Pianist app over Bluetooth MIDI. The USB TO HOST port also acts as a 44.1 kHz, 24-bit audio interface for a computer.
