The Yamaha SEQTRAK is a compact, battery-powered music production studio that brings drum, synth, FM and sampler tracks together with a step sequencer in a 0.5 kg unit. Its built-in speaker and microphone let you sketch ideas, capture sounds and build complete tracks wherever you are.

SEQTRAK organises your music across 11 tracks using four track types: Drum, Synth, DX and Sampler. Patterns can be up to 128 steps long.
AWM2 and FM engines with 2,032 preset sounds
AWM2 delivers sample-based sounds with up to 128-note polyphony, while the four-operator FM engine offers 8-note polyphony for classic and modern digital tones. Yamaha lists 2,032 preset sounds plus 392 preset sampler sounds, with 800 MB of preset and 500 MB of user wave memory.
Built-in microphone and seven-slot sampler
Capture your own sounds with the internal microphone and load them into the sampler’s seven sound slots, recorded in 44.1 kHz/16-bit quality. WAV samples can also be transferred wirelessly over Wi-Fi using the app.
Effects for a polished sound
Yamaha specifies 12 reverb types, 9 delay types, 85 master effect types and 85 single effect types, together with a five-band master EQ and low-pass/high-pass filters.
Rechargeable battery and built-in speaker
A rechargeable lithium-ion battery (2,100 mAh) provides approximately 3–4 hours of use and recharges in about 3–5 hours over USB-C. The built-in 1 W speaker lets you listen anywhere, and a stereo mini-jack headphone output is provided for private listening.
USB-C audio and MIDI, Bluetooth MIDI and Wi-Fi
A single USB-C connection carries power, MIDI and stereo audio, with a 44.1 kHz/24-bit USB audio interface for recording into a computer. Bluetooth MIDI connects to the SEQTRAK app and Visualizer, and a dedicated MIDI converter cable links SEQTRAK to conventional MIDI equipment.
